Throughout my career, I have been driven by a strong belief that meaningful support changes outcomes. With over 20 years of experience in education, behavior support, and leadership, I have worked across a wide range of settings dedicated to helping students, staff, and school systems grow stronger through practical, inclusive support.
My background includes work in group homes, outreach programs, K to 12 schools, university instruction, and district and independent school leadership. From teaching math and science to leading student support services and coaching inclusive systems, each role has shaped my commitment to guidance that is grounded in practice and built for real impact.
I created these programs to offer professional support that is clear, relevant, and rooted in experience. Whether supporting behavior professionals, school staff, or those working toward certification, my goal is to provide training and supervision that strengthens confidence, improves practice, and helps others move forward with purpose.
It is a privilege to support individuals and teams doing work that matters. I am proud to be part of their growth and development.
